ReplyDeletewhen century 21 has clearance sales, it usually so picked over, youll be lucky to find an bright neon yellow shirt in size 2xl.
yr best hope is that someone returns something and they dump it on the floor.
i went to the sale yesterday and many things are "1/3" off, "1/2 off" or "25% off" of the century 21 price. a lot of random not-so-great pieces in my opinion.
