Ryan over at h(y)r collective just pulled the trigger on this grey wool-cashmere suit for just $230 at Club Monaco. We'd actually hesitate to spend so little on a suit, fearing we'd merely be wasting money on visibly-poor quality, a poor fit, and no shelf-life. Ryan seems happy with his purchase now, but, in the name of science, we plan to put him on the spot and ask him if he feels the same way after a few outings in his new suit. To be continued...

Place Your Bets

You don't sound too optimistic for me!
ReplyDeleteIt feels nice, seems as well made as a lot of stuff I see in the shops I visit. I did hesitate, had to make a couple phone calls to make sure I was doing the right thing...I'll be getting the pants taken in this week.

Just playing devils advocate, Ryan, but we're rooting for you and the suit! The most important thing is the fit, so a good tailor is priceless. Keep us posted!
