Missed the last Pop-Up Flea, or didn't get your fill of the "heritage-Americana" inspired menswear and furnishings? Now through the end of January, the heritage-heads at Hickoree's Hard Goods are hosting their own pop-up in The 'Burg, featuring Old Hickoree's, The Hill-Side, Leather Man Ltd, Heritage Leather Co, ... [Trimmed With Gold Above via Valet.]Note: As unassuming as these products appear, they inspire serious resentment among some guys who hate the whole heritage-Americana trend for fetishizing work wear, and excusing some outrageous price tags. The Times called it the "fashion elite’s recent romance with blue-collar emblems." That said, we really like the look of most of this stuff, appreciate its history and unique production value, and generally feel that if guys are overpaying for anything, it might as well be classic gear that is built to last a very long time.
