On Monday, Barneys kicked off their first sales of the season. We're talking 35-50% off select dress shirts, ties, shoes, and a smattering of pieces from the main floor and sportswear. A sales clerk tells us only about 10% of all in-store merch has been marked down, but don't forget that Barneys.com has a permanent sale section. i was at the coop today on Madison and I can confirm there are NO sales going on.
