Man, that stuff went fast. I got to it right as it started, but didn't add stuff to my cart fast enough. Most of the good stuff was gone in 10 minutes.

ReplyDeletei was interested in some loden dager and gant shirts but everything was in XL sizes. i ended up with a great pair of theory khakis for work...used my credits and they were pretty much free.

ReplyDeleteI love the cut of most Theory pants... but that's the problem with the stuff on Gilt. A lot of it's there for a reason. I bought a pair of 'final sale' Theory khakis there, during the last big sale, and have never worn them. They sit so low on the hips and have such a short rise in the crotch that no guy could ever wear them comfortably. I can see why there was an overstock of them, because anyone who tried them on in a store would immediately realize the cut was bad. All that said, I just bought a Loden Dager shirt from this sale, without ever having tried one on in a store. Guess I'll never learn.
