Huge selection, entire 4th floor...shoes were only the Peal & Co. collabs, so don't bother if you're looking for the Alden for BB cordovans. Tons of shirts and sweaters if you're into the country club look (not for me). Got there early and copped the last Thom Browne designed Black Fleece gray suit for $399 (retailed $2,700) in my size!
ReplyDeleteBlack Fleece is only in sizes 3, 4 or 5. Very few 0, 1 or 2 and that was at 10am this morning.

ReplyDeletespent 2 hours but didnt end up buying any. black fleece stuff is ok if you are larger size (42, 44). Otherwise, it's only the really crazy patterned stuff. you can probably get a better deal at an outlet.

ReplyDeleteGot there at 4pm. Very little good stuff left and most everything was picked over and crumpled. Truly a disappointment.
ReplyDeleteI went later in the day an hour before they were closing and didn't see anything that great. There was almost no crowd, probably because of the rain. I agree with previous posters that said there was nothing in the smaller sizes, which I was looking for. 38S myself, but I think I could have fit into the size 1 Thom Brown clothing. There was more to ponder about last year. I also left empty handed.

ReplyDeleteReturned on Sunda morning. No new merch, but picked up a dandy cashmere down vest that was on hold for a customer yesterday who decided not to buy it. Would have bought one of the gray or white cashmere morning jackets for $399 but none left in my size.
ReplyDeleteDon't expect to pick up a cashmere morning jacket unless you fit BB4. The selection at last year's Warehouse sale was much much better. I heard other BB stores around the nation got 1st picks during late summer Warehouse sales.
