For our money, the irreverent yet highly-wearable British label
Buckler is one of New York's best kept secrets -- and particularly at 75% off! For that reason, we expect good things from the Buckler sample sale slated to run from Friday through Sunday, 11/6-11/8.
This is what Buckler at 75% off looks like.
Buckler sample sale - 13 Gansevoort St between W 13th & Hudson - Fri 10am-8pm, Sat-Sun 12pm-6pm - 212-255-1596 -

This is what it looks like? Steer clear. That is the ugliest thing sewn by man. Multiple lapel holes? On a double-breasted monstrosity? Did someone just decide to finish that coat on meth?
ReplyDeleteLoosen up, Anon, this isn't cubicle wear.
ReplyDeleteHAHAHA....I've seen the pictured jacket and it looks better in person - trust me!!
ReplyDeleteI saw the jacket, too. It was not impressive. Much of Andrew Buckler's clothing is quite fashion-forward, too much so for a relatively conservative dresser. That said, I remain a big, big fan of Buckler denim. I scooped up two more pairs of jeans on Friday.
ReplyDeleteVery happy coming off this, though I wish I had arrived on the first day. Buckler is one of those stores that doesn't exist to me until it's throwing a samp-sale, at which point it's a favorite.
