Flossin'
So, New York just ranked 10th among all U.S. cities in a study on annual average household menswear spending. (Our fellow “average” New Yorkers -- from all 5 boroughs, mind you -- apparently spend $1,100 a year on clothes.) What does that mean? Little, as far as we're concerned. It would, however, be interesting to have a sober panel of judges determine the ‘best dressed’ cities, and then compare that list to average household spending. [WWD via The Cut]
