There was a lot of Richard Chai available at the Odin clearance sale. Look at the clothes and its no surprise. Being fairly new and in some fancy stores does not make you one of the best new designers, except in the sense that there aren't really all that many new designers, so if you're going to identify six every year, you'll have to be pretty generous.
