The Grosgrain Refresher

There's no more affordable way to punch up a wardrobe than with accessories, and few are cheaper (and punchier) than a bold grosgrain watch strap. "It works with almost any simple, slim watch," notes The GQ Eye. Not so much "with a larger, chunkier chronograph style." London's Smart Turnout has a handsome selection (of straps) for less than $30 each, but our own city's sure to be teeming with the stuff in about a month.

  1. I just picked up a great blue and yellow striped watch strap at J.Crew Men's Store on Broadway for $20.

  2. J. Crew's a great resource for grosgrain. Gant, too.

  5. I purchased a Royal Artillery one, but have a look at their website as they have a much larger range than J. Crew.
