Funny scene at the
Save Khaki sample sale this afternoon: A guy asking his lady friend if he had to remove the pants he was trying on. "They're too comfortable ... I'm definitely buying them ... If I don't want to take them off, I know I'm buying them." Great clothes -- Going fast, however.
The sale might, or might not, receive a new shipment tomorrow afternoon, 3/10 -- A store rep promised to let us know. Either way, the event goes through Sunday, 3/14.
Update: A store rep tells us not to expect a new shipment of sample sale stock until
Friday at about 2 p.m. -- if at all. We'll keep you posted.

Any idea how their pants fit?
ReplyDeletePerhaps a hair slimmer than, say, Dockers. Comparable to, er, J. Crew.
ReplyDeleteAny word on whether they got a new shipment of merchandise?
ReplyDeletei went on tuesday...tried on a bunch of shirts but ended up just buying a pair of khakis. the shirts have big collars...or too big for my small frame.
ReplyDeletethe khakis are good...but theyre just khakis...well worn in and fit good...but as i said, theyre just khakis.
As amazing as the Save Khaki slims are (best fabric I've ever felt in a pair of chinos), they're still too baggy in the thighs for me, a short skinny guy with a natural 28 waist. Anyone know of a pair of chinos slimmer in the thight?
ReplyDeletecustom.
ReplyDeletewhat's up with today's shipment?
ReplyDeletenatural waist, huh?
